John Troncoso '14
John Troncoso '14 was an Applied Economics and Management major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In his time at Cornell, he was an integral part of many campus clubs, ranging from the Cornell Consulting Club to the Mutual Investment Club of Cornell. He spent two summers in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, while pursuing his own entrepreneurial endeavors as the CEO and founder of Titan Biodiesel, a biofuel startup that reached yearly revenues of over $5 million. He is currently a Risk Manager at Glencore as part of the Oil Trading Rotational Program.
Jeff Choi '13
Jeff Choi (Policy Analysis and Management '13) is currently an MD candidate at Stanford University. During his time at McGraw Place, he served on the recruitment committee and as Balanced Man Scholarship chair, and was awarded the John S. Dyson Citizenship Award and inducted into the Order of Omega. Jeff hopes to lead the field of transplantation surgery; at Stanford, he is conducting immunology research, serves as a Senior Partner of Stanford Healthcare Consulting Group, and is a recipient of the Young Innovator Award by the American Society of Transplantation.
Patricio Martínez-Llompart '13
Patricio Martínez-Llompart (Government & History '13) is currently an Assistant Advisor for Security & Justice in the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and as a 2013 Merrill Presidential Scholar. He was also the recipient of the 2013 Lang Prize for best honors thesis in US History and American Studies, a Rhodes Scholar Finalist and Truman Scholar Finalist. Before accepting his role in the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico, Martínez-Llompart worked as a 2013-2014 Urban Fellow at the New York City Police Department.
Julian Bruell '12
A graduate of the Hotel School, Julian Bruell '12 is now the service manager of Jean Georges, a triple Michelin Starred restaurant in NYC ranked among the best in the world. An avid food and wine enthusiast, he concentrated in Food and Beverage Service Operations while at Cornell. In his time at Cornell, he was part of the varsity golf team and founded Mess Express - a startup geared towards managing the needs of fraternity and sorority social events.
